Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, especially for made-to-order, customised, or urgent orders.

Processing & Shipping

Processing and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to handcrafted work, customisation, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Exchanges are applicable only for eligible ready-to-ship items, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Made-to-order, customised, discounted, and urgent orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All purchases are considered final sale.

International Orders
