At Saanjh by Saloni, each piece is thoughtfully crafted, often made-to-order or customised. Due to the nature of our designs and craftsmanship, we follow a selective returns and exchange policy.

•All made-to-order, customised, and bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

•Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

•We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

•Minor alterations or design adjustments may be accommodated on special request, subject to feasibility, design limitations, and additional charges. Such requests must be confirmed with our team prior to order processing.

Exchange Eligibility (Ready-to-Ship Only)

An exchange may be considered only if:

•The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

•The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

•All original tags, packaging, and labels remain intact

•The product shows no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or design.

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

•Made-to-order or customised designs

•Urgent or priority-processed orders

•Accessories, dupattas, or add-ons

Exchange Process

1.Email us at saanjhbysaloni@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2.Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and attach clear images of the product.

3.Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Please note:

•Return shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer.

•Saanjh by Saloni will bear the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product (within India only).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

•Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

•Share clear images or an unboxing video as proof

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.

Colour & Craft Disclaimer

•Slight variations in colour, embroidery, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.

•Product images are shot under professional lighting; minor colour differences may occur due to individual screen settings.

Cancellation Policy

•Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, especially for made-to-order or customised pieces.

•Urgent or priority orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
